Remotes allow the user to operate their flash system from a remote control. While the handheld attachable remote control system is still offered, almost everyone has switched over to the wireless EL Skyport system. These small, lightweight modules can be used to fire almost any strobe manufactured. When used in combination with most of Elinchrom's strobes, the user can also remotely control the power 1/10 of an F-Stop at a time, turn on and off the modeling light and on RX designated models, operate via a PC or Mac computer and soon on an iPhone, iTouch and Android devices.
